Below you'll find the average delivery times for our orders and an overview of how the entire process works, from the moment you place your order to delivery.

Order Processing Time
After an order is placed, we need 1–3 working days to process it. On working days, orders are usually processed within 1 working day. If you place an order on a Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, processing may take a little longer and will begin the next working day. Once your order has been processed, the parcel is handed over to our logistics partners.

Delivery Time
Once the order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately: 8–12 working days (on average).
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services and external factors (e.g. customs handling, seasonal demand, etc.).

How to Place an Order
We strive to make the ordering process as simple and straightforward as possible:

  2. Make sure you have selected the correct size or variant.
  3. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue.
  4. On the information/shipping page, enter your correct delivery address and contact details.
  5. Double-check that all details are correct and proceed to the shipping and payment steps.
  6. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
